A Day in the Life: Your Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our store running smoothly and our customers happy. This includes:

• Crafting Deliciousness: Prepping fresh ingredients, making purees, juicing lemons, and precisely preparing our signature lemonades, acai bowls, smoothies, toast, and poke according to exact recipes.
• Customer Connection: Warmly greeting and acknowledging every customer, offering assistance with menu choices, answering questions, and ensuring every guest leaves happy with gracious service.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately ringing up orders, processing payments, and calling out orders clearly when they’re ready.
• Maintaining Our Vibe: Keeping the stand sparkling clean, washing dishes, managing trash, and helping to unload and put away inventory.
• Teamwork & Learning: Working collaboratively with your teammates, actively listening to instructions, quickly memorizing all job duties, and continuously learning about our products and their nutritional benefits to share with customers.
• Safety First: Adhering to all proper food handling and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

What It Takes to Be a Wow Wow Team Member:

• Customer Service Excellence: A genuine desire to provide excellent and friendly service to every single customer, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand comfortably for the duration of your shift.
• Reliability & Punctuality: Always on time for your shifts, honest, and dependable. This is important to us as we count on our team members to deliver only the best for our customers and each other.
• Team Player: Able to work well and communicate effectively with other employees, contributing to a drama-free and supportive workplace.
• Initiative: Self-motivated with an eye for what needs to be done and the drive to do it without constant supervision.
